Casemiro has approached Real Madrid to put their Clasico whipping solidly in the past when they go to confront Eibar on Sunday.
A 4-0 thrashing to Barcelona last Saturday has left Rafael Benitez's side six focuses behind the champions in La Liga and expanded the weight on the head mentor's position.
Madrid reacted with a 4-3 win over Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League on Wednesday, in which they very nearly permitted a four-objective lead to slip in the last 15 minutes after Cristiano Ronaldo had scored twice and set up the other two for Luka Modric and Dani Carvajal.
Casemiro came back to the side for that triumph in Lviv in the wake of missing the Clasico, yet the Brazilian demands he was not irate at sitting out the Barca vanquish and has encouraged his side to put it behind them.
"The Clasico is gone and you need to overlook it and look forward. The triumph [against Shakhtar] was vital and now we need to rest and consider Eibar," he said.
"I'm not irate for not playing in the Clasico. We have a manager who is a top mentor and recognizes what he is doing. I'm exceptionally glad in Madrid and I'll safeguard my mentor, the players, the president - everybody."
Eibar themselves have appreciated a solid keep running of structure following losing to the champions in October, beating both Rayo Vallecano and Getafe at home before securing a respectable direct away toward Villarreal.
Having not lost at home following a 2-0 opposite to Atletico on September 19 and with Madrid's structure dubious at present, midfielder Adrian Gonzalez trusts now is the best time to face his previous club.
"It's actual they're not in the best frame and we know it's hard to play here, and this year, we're doing things right," he said, as cited by AS.
"Possibly it's the best time to play them in light of the fact that things aren't working out so well for them.
"It's troublesome for anybody to play at Ipurua and we're in an exceptionally positive mind-set on the grounds that we are doing admirably. We have the conviction to benefit something here."
Madrid are confronted with a protective migraine on the ball, with Raphael Varane (thigh) joining Sergio Ramos (shoulder) and Marcelo (hamstring) on the sidelines, while Isco is suspended after his red card against Barca.
Winger Keko is banned for Eibar, while Simone Verdi (hamstring), Jaime Jimenez (back) and Ander Gayoso (knee) are harmed.
